All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

Shipping Restrictions

Pre-Orders

- Shipped on release day

Multiple Item Orders

- They have different release dates
- They come from different warehouses

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us:
- We’ll contact you to arrange reshipment
- Additional shipping fees may apply
- Refund minus shipping costs if reshipping is declined
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (Nov-Dec):
- Processing may take 1-2 additional days
- Carrier delays are possible

International Customers

Missing/Lost Packages
Contact us if your package:
- Hasn’t arrived within 10 days of expected delivery (domestic)
- Hasn’t arrived within 21 days (international)
- Tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it
